Every child deserves the best childcare, but sometimes the paying for childcare can be quite a challenge. This is why Kinderopvang Morgen offers a discount to parents/guardians who need it. How does the social discount work?

The discounted rate is meant for families with a joint gross income of less than €27,000 per year. This is how we ensure that every child receives the same opportunity to play and develop in a safe and pleasant environment.

After you’ve registered at the childcare centre, we’ll apply for the discount on your behalf and contact you to discuss the rest of the process. The discount applies to childcare and out-of-school care with a 52-week contract. If your application is approved, you’ll see the discount on your invoices. The amount you need to pay for the same, trusted childcare, will be lower than our standard rate.

Childcare benefit is not linked to this discount

The Kinderopvang Morgen discount is in addition to the government childcare benefit scheme, which is unaffected by this discount. The discount will be deducted from the rate and then you’ll only need to pay the hourly rate that’s linked to the child benefit.

Who can apply for this discount?

This discount is for families struggling to make ends meet. We want every child to be able to play, learn and have fun at Kinderopvang Morgen. Offering the same start to every child. For the first step of the application process, we’ll need an income statement. Your childcare benefit also needs to be paid directly to Kinderopvang Morgen.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your income changes. We’ll adjust the discount to ensure you always pay the correct rate and won’t face any surprises.

Can I apply for this discount if I am already a customer?

Yes, this discount is available to everyone at Kinderopvang Morgen. Whether your child has just started or has been playing at our childcare for a while: as long as you meet the requirements, you can apply for the discount. If you currently do not have a 52-week contract with us, you’ll need to switch to a 52-week contract to make use of this scheme.
